  • Confounding Flash

    Confuses up to 5 nearby enemies for 3 seconds; damage breaks the effect. 0.5 second cast, 2-minute cooldown.

  • Contingency Plan

    Wards a friendly target for 30 seconds; below 35% health it gains an absorb shield and a heal over time. Stacks with Renew and Power Word: Shield. 5-minute cooldown.
