A Dota 2 reference and a set of planners, in one place, with no links out.
Reference plus planners
Ancient Lab started as a standalone planner and now lives on MobaAura beside the other games. It does two jobs. The reference — heroes, items and the meta dashboard — shows Valve's own ability text, talents, item costs and stats, and public match statistics from OpenDota. The planners — matchups, lanes, roles, drafts and the build calculator — turn that data into a plan for one game.
The two are kept apart on purpose. A fact on this site comes from Valve or OpenDota. A recommendation is ours, and is marked as such wherever it appears. Where the data comes from sets out which is which.
What is here so far
28 heroes have full pages and work in every planner. The build calculator covers every item in the shop. More heroes are added as their notes are written; until then they are missing from this site, not from the game.

Ancient Lab is a fan project. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Valve. Dota 2 and its art are Valve's; they appear here to identify what each page describes. Corrections are welcome through the contact page.
